Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
No, cleaning equipment is all included in the service, at Sussex cleaning solutions high quality products are used to put that sparkle back in.
If you have the keys to my house who will have access to them?
We maintain a strict audit trail on the keys despite the holders of the keys being the director and the person to clean the premises.
Keys are assigned a code number rather than the address to which the reference is kept separately which only the director has access to.
Do I need to do anything before the cleaner arrives?
Nothing needs to be done in advance of our arrival apart from moving any personal belongings, which you do not want us to handle.
What if something gets damaged in my home whilst being cleaned?
We treat your home with the utmost care. However, if an accident does occur we will get in touch with you straight away and make every effort to resolve the issue.
